Well, yesterday was a good start, I didn't really eat and wasn't hungry either. feel kind of sick from having my period x_x I'll be busy today as well and then work starts. The problem is always after work in the afternoon and evening. I'll have to be very careful about what I do so I don't set myself up to fail

omg I can't stop eating. Gonna be posting food logs elsewhere from now on. buuut will probably keep using this journal for random reasons.
