What a beautiful chapter.
Ennis realizes that his life, up until Jack came along, was an empty shell and now was being filled by his feelings for Jack. I love the tender way he takes care of Jack, and I'm sure Jack will be more than grateful to Ennis for his care and concern.

I'm looking forward to your next chapter. This is a wonderful story. : )

Yes, and Ennis slowly but surely starts to realize what friendship feels like and he really does care of Jack although at the moment he's not so sure why ;-).

Me too. I can't get enough of it and in each story I write I try to fit in some of the scenes. And it works every time... This is why I love this movie so much: it has such a universal language of love and no matter what time or what kind of settling you choose for your story you will always find situations where these key scenes will fit. And the most fascinating thing for me is that in each story every scene gets it's own "character" although every one immediately remebers the original one.

I simply love this ;-).

Thank God Ennis decided to go back to Jack's apartment. I hope that when Jack is better, that both of them will be brave enough to be honest with themselves and each other about their feelings.

I feel this too and I don't know why... When tizi sent me part one of chapter 4 I was once again so captured that I reread the whole story that night... I really miss to write about these lonely men... ;-)
