The nearest melon field is a short trip to the north. But despite its proximity to the town, the forest quickly thickens, and this melon field sits in a perfect weedless square, looking odd against the wild bushes all around it. Komui was angry now. Not only had HIS opponent been destroyed; he was now covered in melon juice. He decided to take out his rage on green melon #5 by kicking it.

This melon isn't going to get any cleaner. Nor will it break from this.

Komui, being exceedingly weird, proceeded to simulate a tempest with the bathtub and showerhead, dropping the melon inside.

Is it just the current in the bathtub, or is the melon shaking beneath the falling water?

"ACCURSED MELON! MEET YOUR END!" Komui yelled, turning up the strength of the showerhead.

Still shaking, but no bursting.

He added salt to the mini-maelstrom, singing some random song as he did so.

The melon's reaction began to die down.

Komui growled at the melon, taking it out of the water, emptying the tub, rinsing both tub and melon, then starting over with his ridiculous recreation of a maelstrom, complete with his playing captain of a toy boat and ordering his "crew" around.

Nope. That's not getting anywhere, either.

He chose now to poke the melon. Repeatedly.

This melon is getting bored.

He was getting really, REALLY frustrated with the melon. He tried draining the tub and leaving the shower raining on it.
