Who: Everyone What: Oktoberfest, the beer version Where: The large building in the park When: September 27 to October 4 Warnings: Alcohol and all the havoc it may bring.
Oh, sure, now the building was open. His attempt to break in earlier in the week with Kyoko hadn't met with any success, but at least it opened eventually. It was kind of weird, but Booster was used to kind of weird from the island by now. And, hey, it was hard to go wrong with free beer. Booster indulged himself happily, humming along with the music from time to time.

Ginko joined Booster at some point, humming along with and nodding his head to the music. He confidently held up a pint of beer, his cheeks actually showing a bit of rosiness from how much he'd consumed so far.
"Knew I'd see you here eventually," Ginko said confidently.
Ginko found a beer on a tray passing nearby and took it. "Hnnn... Look at that, this one has your name written right on it. See?" Ginko smirked back at Booster, pushing the pint into his hands.
Mokona sings along to one of the more horrible tunes, having memorized it the last time it was played. She has acquired an inner tube and is floating in a huge basin of beer.
Feeling that headache coming up, Sasuke looks at one of the perpetrators of his current misery. This thing is so small... why does it make this much noise?
This was ridiculous. That this festival was here, that it had infected all beverages on the island, that he had allowed Vash to talk him into actually attending so easily, all of it. Miles Edgeworth was not a terribly happy camper.
Vash was the very definition of a happy camper! That made them the PERFECT DATE-- er, the perfect bar buddies.
The spiky-haired blonde had been humming merrily to himself the entire way there, and now that they'd entered the building and the music and rambunctious bar noises were filtering past their ears, he couldn't contain himself any more.
"Oh man...Oh MAN!! Have you ever seen such a scene in your life, Miles?!" Vash said, beaming around at the festivities inside, and then landed that beaming smile on Edgeworth. So hopeful. So optimistic!
One would be hard-pressed to find a situation in which Edgeworth was more out of place. "I can't say for certain, given the circumstances, but, somehow, I find it rather doubtful."
Miles would find a pint of beer shoved into his hands merrily, by Vash. Who else? Well, to be honest, the entire atmosphere of the place was an open, everybody's-everybody-else's-friend party, so maybe that wouldn't have been SO unlikely.
Vash merrily clinked his glass with Miles', and then made a strange face that almost looked like he was trying to smirk deviously. He wasn't so good at those faces, though.
Even after a couple of drinks, Tsuna could not find the appeal of alcohol. He'd come to the festival hoping to distract himself from even more disappearances, but so far the raucous party and sour tasting beer was just giving him a headache.
"Why do people drink this stuff?" he muttered to himself, leaning his head on his arms and pushing his mug around the table. "Must be one of those acquired... taste... thigies."
Tsuna bolted up straight when he got a response. He didn't think anyone would actually be listening. "Aaaah, good question," he said once he spotted Kurai. "The island's way of celebrating in it's own special way?"
"This celebration sure tastes gross," Kurai stuck her tongue out to emphasize the disgust she was feeling after taking another sip of her beer. "What are we celebrating anyways?" With all the recent disappearances this didn't seem to be such a good time for a party. Or maybe it was perfect for getting everyone's spirits up.
This seemed unusual at the least. Sasuke sniffed the drink suspiciously again. For a while now every time he tried to drink something it carried the taste of alcohol. He knew what consuming that entailed, but getting dehydrated seemed worse at the time. Considering that everything tasted like beer- he really didn’t have much of a choice in the matter. Sasuke knew his limits and did everything to stay within them, although by now he was acutely aware that any more alcohol and it would not end well.
Louise spotted that familiar hair out of the corner of her eye, and made her way over to the boy. It took her about twice as long as it normally would, however, as she was swaying back and forth.
She called out to him as she continued toward the boy. "Hellooooo, Lord Sasuke! Are you enjoying yourself at this delightful festival?"
He paused to look at the source of a familiar voice only to see a swaying Louise. The woman with sunny disposition seemed even more cheerful to him. Seeing that she had trouble simply getting to him, Sasuke asked, "How much did you have?"
