MK, so youtube apparently automatically resizes everything to itsy bitsy, so i also uploaded it to vimeo, which left the dimensions a little closer to the actual video. Not whether their servers are any good, so I'm posting both.

I'm a little too scattered to turn this into anything more coherent than a loose rant, but don't think that the bias is just an age thing... 1 cup prewashed baby spinach
1 slice lowfat cheese
microwave for ~2 minutes, till cheese is melted and spinach is wilted
