The Droid I was looking for.
So, after a lot of research and waiting to see if any major flaws have been discovered, I decided to get a Droid today. It's pretty rad, everything runs fast and smooth and the screen is as nice as I've read. Many of the attitudes that have irritated me of late...
...basically boil down to this. I was extremely prone to such thinking, myself, when I was a lad, but I assumed that it was just something one grew out of. It is becoming increasingly clear that that is not at all the case. -

Post-Thanksgiving Week In Review
Upon our return from California on a red-eye (albeit first-class thanks to free upgrades) flight we were feeling weirdly productive and did a lot of cleaning around the house. We even cleaned out the fridge.
I had intended to go to the gym on Monday, but ended up working late.

Damn, that was a hell of a show.
First of all, the Rave was even more packed than it had been for Dethklok a while back.
A psychobilly band called Nekromantix opened. I'd never heard of them, but I was digging it.
I knew there was a strong rockabilly/psychobilly presence in Bay View, but I had no idea until I saw so many of them in one place.

Man, Halloween is hard.
Every year I end up scrambling! I'm trying to break out of my rut of always going as myself (see userpic) and last year's Tony Stark was fun. So Rammstein's latest video...
...starts out looking like it's going to be some kind of parody/commentary on pornography, but turns out to be, well, not.
Well, I guess it is, but in the same way that Scream was a parody/commentary on slasher flicks. If you know what I mean.
