*looks* like allclad, but I seem to see *calphalon* on the side (that is what I use). Glad to know someone else takes their cookware seriously like me :)
And! If you serious about the cooking position I told you about, I believe he is thinking about starting a second restaraunt, now would be a good time to talk to him.
Its actually Cuisinart. As nice as Allclad and Calphalon are, i just dont see the reason to pay the price premium. These have the exact same construction as the calphalon tri-ply stainless and were about $100 cheaper.
What was the guy's name again? I do need to go talk to him.
