SO i finally got my kitchenaid mixer last week....new mixer + spring break + no work

bread. Lots and lots of bread.

French baguettes, Italian, Honey whole wheat.... Next up is Roasted Garlic and rosemary Focaccia

My whole appartment smells like fresh bread now.

Damn I'll bet your apartment will smell even more awesome after you've knocked those off your to-do list. I'm having simple issues converting any recipe that involves yeast into something that works at an elevation of 4200 feet. My pizza dough won't even come out right. Post pictures of your lovely creations when you're done!

So far, nothing has looked nearly as good as it tasted. Im toying with methods of proofing the bread and so far, they're proofing unevenly and with too much moisture, so i get lumpy looking crusts. As soon as i get some good looking bread, ill take pics
