UMass students do not understand how to ride the bus

I have to take a campus bus from my far-away parking lot down to the middle of campus. The bus not only makes the rounds of the parking lots, but also the dormitories. It does get crowded now and then... but I just don't understand why these students will not sit down in the damn seats

Let 'em ride one of the 61 buses that run past Carnegie Mellon and Pitt, here in Pittsburgh. That'd teach 'em!

Yes, these are hopelessly suburban problems! Fortunately the regular buses around here don't get as much student traffic, so the riders know what to do. I wish we had more frequent buses, actually, so I wouldn't have to drive in as often. There is only one route a day to and from campus for me.
