back in may i bought myself a pair of seven jeans for my birthday. i had one pair i'd bought a few years previously that i had to retire after the crotch wore through. so here i am, seven months later, and i just noticed that my "new" jeans now have THREE spots that are worn through on the crotch! dirty jokes aside, i do not engage in activities ( Read more... )

currently it's the off season for buying and selling homes but to me that's the perfect time to look- less competition and desperate sellers mean good deals are more likely to fall in ones lap. the drawback is there is much less to choose from. the house i am currently lusting over is this one-
