still feeling down. i detest being awake and here . i long for it to be 8 so i can take my medication. The 2mg of risperidone and zopiclone knocks me out so fast it's just bliss. sleep is the only time i have no worries, fears or sadness. Had quite a good therapy session today. Dr Provan is good at reasoning things out. He has only just finished The Half Blood Prince!" I have read it 4 times.
