Blackstar pays little mind to which direction he's pointed when he lifts away from the ocean's surface above the Decepticon base. He just wants to fly, and direction doesn't matter to him any more. Whatever sensors or radars or satellites these humans have, none of them would be able to pick him up now anyway, except for possibly as a blurry image

The Control Center's door slides open and Echoshift steps in. At one side of the room, taking up most of the entire wall, the main computer is still humming and active. The other consoles are also online, and thanks to the repair work that had been done earlier, all the hardware actually functions now and there are no more open panels with bits of wiring and circuit boards hanging untidily out of them. Looking around the room, it seems to Echoshift that that whole room appears generally rather less run-down than it did before.
Strata had done a good job.
Leaving the door unlocked, Echoshift heads over to the main computer while he waits for Steadfast to arrive and glances over the work he's done so far, pausing after a while to dig through the small pile of assorted Stuff that has managed to start accumulating on a nearby worktop. Somewhere around here he was sure he'd left a datapad with a list on it...

He looks suspiciously at Echoshift.

"Hey Dusky," he greets the ghost, then gives him a confused look. "..er, who?"

Duskwing also finally noticed Blackstar.
// What's up? You worried about who he might stick in your room, too? //

// Nah... Just gettin' a feel for this place. You were stationed here before; I wasn't. An' I don't feel like gettin' into any stupid arguments with anyone, so I'm stayin' outta sight. He can stick anyone he wants to in my room. They won't stay long. // Blackstar gives Duskwing a wicked little grin.

"Huh? That's Steadfast. And why would I put her in C-135? That's your room. And she's already got a different room here anyway."
He greets both Steadfast and Wingblade with a grin and a nod of acknowledgement at their arrival, and is about to do the introductions when Steadfast blurts out something about Slogist artwork.
'Stupidity in Blue'. That sculpture. The one from the photograph in the magazine article -- Echoshift had seen it on the computer screen in C-135. He knew who it was now, but Steadfast evidently didn't.
Oops. Forgot to tell her that part...
Echoshift looks from Duskwing to Steadfast and back again, waiting for one to react to the other.

The lights brighten again, and there is only a dark blue and purple Seeker, whole and apparently healthy, scowling at Steadfast.
"My name," he growls, "is Duskwing!"

Then the next moment, the Seeker is just a Seeker - one that isn't too friendly disposed towards her. Slag, I'm making a habit out of making bad first impressions...
Forcing herself to look the ghost straight in the optics, she says, "My apologies, respected Duskwing."

"And if it isn't 'Rudeness in Lavender'," Blackstar growls.

His attention snaps back the other way as Blackstar suddenly appears from nowhere.
Okay, well, at least now we know where both our resident ghosts are. He hoped Steadfast wasn't about to make things any worse by angering either of them further. The amount of tension in the room had just cranked up a level, and the last thing anyone needed right now was another potential trainwreck. Shame that kind of stuff couldn't be left back at the Medbay in Autobot City...
Note to self: Dusky doesn't seem to like having the sculpture mentioned around him. Therefore, refrain from mentioning it.

He looks surprised, then a bit downcast. "Oh. Sorry. Didn't mean to frighten her."
