No thanks needed, it's not like I own the source! But I did appreciate the query. I really loved this, you wrote a lovely piece. In an AU where Gus and Ollie never met, I like the idea that Gus and Rollie would make a fine couple. Now I must find a copy of Whiskey Echo. :D

All I can say about Whiskey Echo is that Rollie was the best part. The less said about the rest of it, the better.

*snerk* Callum seems to do quite a few of those, doesn't he?

Oh... MY.

I had not thought of this at the time I put in my request. But looking back on it, it does seem, well, like a -logical- conclusion.

Thank you for a completely unexpected pairing!!

Without having seen either WE or BOS, it's really difficult to make the usual sort of "omg, you nailed their voice" comment, since I have no idea. But what I can definitely say is how much I like how you've drawn the setting and how the island unfolds for the reader just like it does for Rollie. It seems like an intriguing sort of place...weird, but fun, maybe? Now I really want to track down the source material. :)

Thank you! Buried on Sunday was made in 1992, so I really had to use my imagination on what it might be like there now.

I have yet to be able to get my hands on either BOS or WE, but reading this made me want to even more than before.

Thank you. They are both only so-so movies, Whiskey Echo more so than Buried on Sunday, but I had fun writing Rollie and Gus.
