I just found this about Lavender Lemonade for headaches....thought I would share it here....

I've read Lavender in many forms is supposed to be great for migraine sufferers...I have a hard time using it because I don't like the smell, but drinking it might be beneficial...

I was just linked to this article that suggests that green light might ease pain, or at least not worsen it, for migraine sufferers who are sensitive to light. It's not easy to find weirdly-colored light bulbs, but I'm going to try.

anyone use Topamax? Started getting bilateral occipital nerve blocks for my migraines. I get 2 lidocaine shots and 2 steroid shots. Now my head is numb from the lidocaine. Weird feeling.
