So, nine years ago today, I had one of those life changing experiences.  During my first solo skydive, the winds changed in mid-jump, almost tripled in speed, and I had a partial parachute collapse.  I hit the ground, hard. What an amazing story! 😱 I had no idea that had happened to you! I tend to get into that "chilled-out" zone in emergecy situations too -- including the joking (I once had a nurse give me shit for not taking something seriously enough, in her opinion). I'm glad you're okay & can celebrate this anniversary in generally good health & positive spirits! 🐻❤️

I knew you had this happen but I didn't know how it all happened. The fact that you were so jokey about it made me laugh, "That's so Mike."
