 I have an English paper to write but I feel stuck.  I have no motivation and I have changed topics at least three times.  It isn't actually due until Friday so I am doing better than I usually do.  Next semester I only have a geology class so hopefully there won't be much writing involved.  I am so happy with my life but sometimes I regret not ( Read more... )

We got central air conditioning yesterday.......life is good!

Today I am 38 weeks and I can't believe that we will be parents within the month (hopefully closer to two weeks) In the past week I have had two baby showers and we were really spoiled.  I was able to see friends and family that I hadn't seen in quite a while.  Today I am organizing the babies room and trying to get through all the thank-you notes ( Read more... )

I don't have anything to do ..... and I like that feeling.  Last Thursday I had my last final and it is so nice not to have any assignments or projects to work on.  Three of my five classes have posted grades and they are all A's.  I was expecting an A in those classes; it is the other two I am nervous for.  I had an A in both of them before the ( Read more... )

WOW! we woke up this morning to a blizzard.  It was so crazy!  Snow was not even mentioned as a possibility in the forecast.  I don't ever remember snow this early in the year.  If the ground had been colder the snow would have stuck and we'd have four inches of the lovely white stuff.  The downside of the weather is that the power flipped on and ( Read more... )

I got off work three hours early!!  I now have time to pack and get a few last minute things in town before I register for school.  My mom is going to leave her meeting an hour early and we have a hotel in Boise tonight!  I am not ever nervous to fly but after watching the news I feel quite a bit more concerned.

It is 10:00 P.M. and my suitcase isn't packed, the house is only half way clean, I don't have a ride to the airport yet (original plan fell through), I have to work tomorrow till 3:30, have an appointment to register for school at 4:15, and still need to do one more load of laundry...........regardless of this I will be in Texas Friday afternoon ( ( Read more... )

Last night I got my hair cut and it is rather short...at least compared to how it was before.  It now sits above my shoulders with some layers in it.  Some of the layers are shorter than I wanted but I still like it.
