Okay, due to the absolutely overwhelming response to June's challenge, I pose you all one question: What can we do to spark participation? Honestly, I was lazy last month, myself. I have very little room to speak. What is it, though, that can get you to write? Deadlines aren't doing it. Small quantities of power and control isn't doing it.
