feeling better <3

 so woke up happy, but as i home alone i had 3 bowls of cereal with skim milk and then spend 40 mins purging :(

so then i got all dolled up, black jeans (that are looser than last week :)) white top/blouse a little black cardi, my silver jewellery and my new shoes. 
and went to the super market, yes i wore 6 inch heels to the super market!

I always feel better when I do special things like that for myself. It's a good way to cheer up/get out of the house.

yeah i am
and my mum just rung, she reached the summit of kilimanjaro, i cried when i heard her voice iv missed her sooo much!
im sooo proud of her, its just made my day!
