 apart from my b/p this morning of stupid cereal
i havent eaten anything and wasn't hungry until my dad started cooking...

my dad insisted i have something of what he was cooking even though he knows i dont eat what he eats
but he said he'd especially not cooked meat so we could have the same meal!
so i have a bowl with one fish cake (its pretty big)

i was thinking of flushing it, that way i can go downstairs with an empty bowl hmmm i may do thst

*hug* I know how you feel, my dad is like that too. I can get out of it most of the time because I've stopped eating meat. And I know how you don't want to make him feel bad.

Fat free yogurt = yum, I love it.

Same here. I was a vegetarian all through high school, then started eating some when I started college. Now, I am on a meat-hiatus again. You're right...gets you out of SO many meals.

Oh that's the worst! I have to lie to my hubby and throw away food all the time...the guilt gets me!!!!
