I was ordered to work from home all week to finish a large application of doom but I now officially give in and will be heading back to the office any longer. It has been oddly quiet at work this week meaning I have been leaving at 5 each day and even took a half day today just because I could. My dad who regularly lectures me on my weight (because of the way it's distributed and the family history of heart disease as much as shallow reasons) has just given me a 'light lunch' which involves enough rice for 3 people and a huge quantity of chicken kebab. A new Waterstones has opened less then a 5 minute walk from my flat, it's huge, well stocked and has loads of comfy settee's. It also has a decent coffee shop whilst being stupidly close to a Pret.
