Rico has been my friend and neighbour since I came here. He always has a joke, a smile, or a hug to share. He is the best company on a night out. He's a great dancer. He always has fun. He is awesome. And tomorrow morning he is going back home to Sweden. Permanently. It is going to be so empty here without him. I am going to miss him alot.

Gion Matsuri is one of Japan's biggest festivals. People actually travel from around Japan to see this. So the whole week it was packed with people in town... where our school is. It has been some fun times and sad times lately. Alot is going on as per usual.

Last weekend, Saturday, I met up with a japanese girl that I had met at a club some weeks earlier. She's from Kobe, which is another big city about 1 and ½ hours by train from Kyoto.
