ah, meant to live.. switchfoot. Love 'em. Also love Kristen's latest outfits. AND the fact that she and Rob is more or less confirmed as a couple now.
Honey, give yourself a break! Your family thinks your beautiful, inside out, and if you'd lost all that weight they'd probably just be worried. You've got time. That's what I always say to myself, "I've got time, it's never too late". If the whole dieting-thing isn't working out for you lately, try the healthier version. Work out. I'm certainly not capable of loosing weight lately, so I've turned to exercise for help, and it actually HAS helped.
ahh, switchfoot is my favorite band EVER <3 yes i love her outfits too! but i get annoyed because a lot of times the media criticizes her. i agree! and the confirmation seems to have made them more at ease around each other now too.
thats true, if i saw them and looked significantly different, it would probably just cause problems.. thats great working out is helping you! i try to get in a couple hundred jumping jacks now and then, but i rarely have time to work out :/ hopefully when i'm on break i can though!
"if i could get rid of the "gain" i could be so much thinner by now!" THIS! If you take into consideration that I lose about 5 lbs a week.. and then gain back those 5 lbs through bingeing.. hmm, I've lost 260 lbs this year! Of course I've also gained 260 lbs this year.. ugh.
I'm feeling a lot of pressure to lose weight before I see my family over the holidays too.. I'm trying to deal by reminding myself of other fun stuff about seeing my family that don't have to do with food/weight... but it's still rough. Hang in there <3
aw hun, i know it's hard when we look back and think of the 'if onlys' - but we can't change it now.. (as far as i know) look forward to the future :).
you're not frumpy or old! and you know what? they'll see you at there airport and be thrilled you're home!! they love the emily you are now :) - so do we. and i know you can get to your goals, everything just takes time.. which does suck.. but i know you will be everything you've wanted to be one day. hope you have a great break. ♥

I don't know why you're surprise that people read your journal, you're an amazing girl! Yeah, I'm in the same cycle as you, the only thing that you could do is to be even more focus on your goal, otherwise you'll never get rid of that damn cycle! I know you're upset because you're not as thin as you wanted, but try to lose some weight (even if it is just a little) and enjoy your trip home and try to stay away of food while you're there ehehehehe. take care honey.
