I'm making dough for my Middle Eastern meat pies. Sifting flour, mixing super-hot dough, dampening a rag to put over the dough, etc. Now the dough is left to rise, and I notice a buzzing. It sounds sort of insect-y, but could possibly also be a random malfunction of an appliance of some kind. I investigate.
