I just finished Visser's 'Beyond Fate', which was an interesting read if only for the last chapter. There were some moments throughout the book that I enjoyed but in general I found it somewhat pointless. Today was a very fun day. After making more cookies with Grandma, I went outside and played in the snow with Katie for a while. There are about 2 feet of snow on the ground and it snows more everyday. Today we made a pile of snow which we will turn into a fort tomorrow. Watching the news tonight, I heard about the NYC transit strike. People who live in the North American city that most uses public transit, and is the largest (I believe), were left without any public transit today. There were interviews with some people who were walking up to 4 hours to get to work! People, for the most part, were outraged. 'They ( Read more... )
