Well hun,
I quit security at Acadia because of the same bullshit that seems to be happening to you. You have it better than me (or you probably would have quit long ago) but maybe it is the time to quit now?
There are lots of other jobs on campus that are alot better for house and pay. I sort the mail now 2 days a week and it's an awesome job!
Maybe you need to consider doing something like that?
