I went though a minor depression episode last night. I've been trying to find happy memories to use as a defense during these moments. But wow, it's is very difficult. and at the same time very easy to take a happy moment and make it sad. How does one strive to become glass half full, when it seems the only thing you are working with are shards of broken glasses?
