It is a beautiful day here today. Though I absolutely love the rain, there is something so joyful about warm, sunny, early spring days such as this one. I am filled with a feeling of wanting to plan and start new projects (thoughts of all those things I've promised myself I'd do over the past year, flit through my head in rapid succession). Improv Panang Curry
Ok, so I wanted to make Panang curry tonight, but I didn't have any panang curry paste - only red curry paste. I *did* have peanut butter, though, so I just added a spoonful, and it was delicious! Yum. -

I just got a thank you card from my alma mater for contributing to their annual fund. I must have marked my contribution for financial aid, because I got a letter from a financial aid recipient - just a few details about her college experience, and how glad she was that financial aid made it possible for her to attend.
