Life is crazy.
I graduate culinary school next saturday.
Jordan and I are engaged and we just bought a house.
I'm moving, starting a new job and working on the house all at once.
Life has never been so full or so good :)

I might even try and post more now... we'll see.

Tonight I made mini meatloaf's and macaroni with 4 cheeses. I love homemade macaroni when you put it under the broiler and make the top all crispy and golden. Then for dessert (to surprise Jordan), I made baked apples with vanilla icecream. They were delicious. New Orleans with Jordan was amazing!! It was so much fun to get daquiris from icee-type machines, and walk around the streets with them. The drinks were crazy, they're allowed to mix with grain, so majority of the drinks contained 190 proof grain ( Read more... )

I'm so frustrated right now. I found this amazing culinary school in London. It's world renowned and it's a really intensive program. 4 10-week long courses and I can be out of there with an amazing degree in both culinary and patisserie arts. It sounds perfect. My whole extended family is in England, so if I got homesick I'd only be an hour ( Read more... )
