Well, just got back from the Emergency Room. It seems I have severely sprained my ankle and foot. My foot cannot bear any weight - the reason I went to E.R. - so I am on crutches for about a week. As many people have asked about my wellbeing, just a quick note to say all is okay for me. We live at one of the highest points in Des Moines, so if we were flooded I think we might need an ark.
