Happy Birthday, Adam!

To everyone else, I have a post-Terp post coming soon ;) In short: friends, dancing, fun and food, what more could you ask for except maybe a dance-off between current and past Cynnabar champions, and we had that, too.

Fire alarms going off in the middle of snowstorms - not so much fun. Forgetting scarf and hat - even better.

A few weeks ago, Adam and I voyaged to Mexico (Riviera Maya) to escape the cold. A very lazy and restful vacation was had by all. We did the whole all-inclusive resort thing, something we usually try hard to avoid. However, I needed to lay on a beach and recharge, preferably with a fruity beverage in my hand. In a belated answer to our petition, opposing counsel requested that, "the Court further award anything that the Court deems just inequitable."

A sleepy dog cuddled up on my lap = contentment.

I really need to update, but not on a lazy Saturday.

Am flying solo this weekend as Adam is in Colorado at an I-phone programming (the name of the language escapes me) conference.

Yay, civic duty. I went to the polls today at 8:45am. I walked out of the polling station at 8:50am. No lines ;) I made it to work by 9am.

Now begins the hard part - waiting.
