I'm having a severe panic attack

I'm bidding on an an apartment. I badly want to move to something bigger and the only option for me is to buy something outside the center of the city - the housing prices here in Stockholm are *insane* so I've finally plucked up the courage to go look at some apartments and I'm currently bidding on one. This is terrible, my stomach is in knots and

God I'm feeling awful, mine is the last bid, at a frankly horrendous amount that means I'll be in debt for well, basically forever. But it's a great little place and it can be made even better, but it's gonna take a lot of time and effort and unfortunately money to do so...

Please keep everything possible crossed that whoever the terrible person is who's bidding against me will fold tout suite!
