OMG ya casi se acaba el 2010...
y creo que no hice nada productivo...

TRUFAS
Ingredientes
350g chocolate semiamargo
2 yemas
1/2 de 1/4 crema alpura
2 tsp brandy (ron carta blanca)
1/2 barrita mantequilla chica
cocoaSe derrite el chocolate.
Se baten yemas y se agrega la crema y mantequilla aguada (no derretida).
Se agrega el chocolate.
