I'm new here. Looks like there hasn't been any activity in a while. Any CA mock trialers? What role did you play? Did the script get in in most of your cases? Any interesting in trial experiences? Is "Blood Froth" the stupidest name for a horror movie ever, or merely one of the top ten?

Hey, I'm from Wisconsin - a sophomore, this was my first year doing Mock Trial (last year, it was more of a secret society -- as much as i wanted to do it, I couldn't find out how to get in!) and we just had regionals yesterday. Oh man we had our first official trial of the year (my first ever) yesterday and it was amazing!

Anybody know anything about Delaware mock trial? I'm on the verge of finishing law school, and I'd like to participate either as an attorney assistant or a judge when I move to Wilmington next fall, if time allows.

I'd participated for three years in mock trial in Nebraska, while we're on the subject of offbeat mock trial jurisdictions.

I was just wondering if anyone had some good tips for the closing arguement. I'm from Wisconsin (here's the link to our case) and I'm just looking for some general tips.

If you want to get specific though, i'm doing the closing for the petitioner's side. this is my second year as a lawyer, but my first having to make a closing statement.
