7th Invasion

[Today after school, Squid Girl can be found bustling about in the front yard of 452 Stone Street.  She's got the hose out, and is diligently spraying jets of water at the front door of the house.  Every so often, she fills up a nearby bucket and throws the water at one of the windows.]

"C'mon, freeze!  What am I doing wrong!"

[Dimitri's passing by, still trying to get a feel for his new neighborhood, and he's not quite sure what to make of this.]

What are you trying to do?

[And now she looks irritated.]

"Nevermind what my name is."

Hm? I apologize, that may have been too forward of me.

It's fine. You'll just make fun of it if I tell you anyway, like everybody else does.

I wouldn't, but you don't have to tell me if you don't want to.

[Looking like she clearly expects him to laugh or be all like '...really?' or one of the usual reactions.]

[He can see why she was self-conscious about it, but he doesn't laugh.]
