Most of this summer I'm going to be in Paris, frantically working on the French proficiency I claimed in my grad school apps, but because of visa ridiculousness, I'll need to spend a certain amount of time outside the EU. The dismal science.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I wake up early, put on a couple pairs of tights, and walk up the street to take the bus downtown to the two (2) econ classes I'm taking as prerequisites in case I somehow actually manage to get into graduate school.

We move forward all of our lives. But what makes us so sure that happiness is in front of us?
It’s the strange and exciting time of year when you wake up to 40 degrees, and eat lunch at 80 degrees. Fall in Atlanta is sweet as could goddamn be, a hammock swinging from ever-so-pleasantly cool to ever-so-pleasantly warm. Or, put another way: you can finally wear layers, but the cute kind, not the I-want-to-set-this-sweater-on-fire kind.
