So,TEEN recieved a birthday card from SHE...over 10 days late...and Hubby recieved a Father's Day card......

my birthday in March, and Mother's day?  must be lost in the mail....

Hubby doesn't understand why I still get upset over things like this....

TEEN thinks I am being inconsiderate because the GF was here Friday night, then Teen went to another party on Saturday and went to GF's on Sunday...and I won't let her go there today. TEEN is upset because GF planned a "surprise" birthday party and did not let me know about it and I planned a family afternoon.  SURPRISE!!  check with the parent ( Read more... )

so, cousins Dad died  aobut 10 days ago while I was visiting my sick cousin. I drove Mom to Boston to see cousin...we spent an hour with her on friday evening.  I promised to brush her hair and braid it on Sat.  when we visited.  While on our way to see her on Sat, the hospitalcalled to say her breathing was slowing was down...we arrived at 12:20pm ( Read more... )

Last weekend I went to Boston to see my cousin Judy who is in the hospital.  She had missed her dialysis appts on Mon and Wed.  the police did a well check on Mon and she had said she forgot her appt.  Wed she did not show up again, so the kidney center sent someone over with the police to access her and she was admitted. The Dr called my Mom since ( Read more... )

Me: you lost my Ipod?

Son: I didn't say I lost your Ipod, I said I can't find it. Can't find and lost are not the same, Mom

so, one of  SHe and DQ's bio brother's stopped by today.  He was at a party at the firehouse just downthe road.  He was telling us that he often talks to SHe on the phone and SHe "mad crap" about DQ and the rest of us but he does not listen to her because he realizes it is all "mad crap".
