What a year so far. I can say that I have not followed through with any of my new years resolutions. I do try to go to the gym everyday or at least every other day for about an hour. I am also doing the South Beach Diet. That seems to be working for me because i can see and feel myself losing the weight. I still kind of crave the carbs but ( Read more... )
