Or I should actually say Tropical Storm Fay. She never got big enough for hurricane status. None the less we are getting blown around in 60mph wind and we have been under tornado warning since midnight last night. There have been several I guess... none that I have seen yet. okay, so it is a little past midnight right now. All I know right now is Fay is still a Tropical Storm. She is moving 10 miles per hour. That gives the storm time to pick up speed. The wind in the middle of the storm is at 69mph (that is 6mph away from a grade 1 hurricane). The rain is coming down hard here but we are just getting the outer bands. ( Read more... )

Here I go again! Tropical Storm Fay is picking up speed, becoming a hurricane, and headed right twords me. Fort Myers (where I live) is saposedly where the storm is expected to go over. Remember in my previous post how I said that my cat Tugger was ill. Well, he hasn't gotten any better. As a matter of fact he has gotten worse. I have done all I can and he just isn't improving.
