Returning from London today. Had a good trip, caught up with Nick and Symond, and was just generally reminded how much I miss having people around to talk with. God. Damnit. Plugged in my phone, it deleted my ringtone. Won't let me take it off the computer because it's "not authorized". When I authorize it, says it's already authorized. The news just helpfully explained that the drainage here in LA is designed to handle an inch of rain, and no more. There's no backup plan in the design. So that's why my neighbourhood is largely under water, and the entire place is a disaster. Good job city engineers!
