i made what is called a loco moco for dinner tonight. it is a traditional hawaiian dish invented by surfers to fuel them. starting with a bed of rice, it is then topped with a hamburger patty, a fried egg, and topped with gravy. wasn't bad....i worked out.

i have an infection in my knee. i have a fever of 102. doc gave me an antibiotic shot in the ass. it's a good thing i got stephanie out working on those guitars!

yesterday, my knee, for some unexplained reason, started to hurt and swell. i was going to work out as i haven't done that in a while, but couldn't. this morning, my knee was swollen up like a balloon and i could barely walk (or even hobble) around. i don't know what i did to it. this presented a problem as i had a guy from the local newspaper ( Read more... )

The song "K.I.N.G." from Satyricon is the best song I've heard in a long time. Possibly one of the best songs of all time. fuck. That is all.

I got a speeding ticket today for going 45 mph in a 35.....how fucking lame! I wasn't even in the Mustang or the Camaro having fun racing around....I was in the truck making a delivery.....lamer. Then the CHP officer acted like he just did me a favor and saved my life and all....lamest!

The guy with the hot dog cart at the Press Club in Sacramento Sunday nights has the best hot dogs I've ever had.
I've also decided that Absolut vodka rules....
I now feel like hibernating....
My cat is attacking me....he's a freak.
