We have arrived.....

Getting a new roof put on my house. Well, not a completely new roof, but getting new shingles put on. Costing me $3000. Over the next year or so, I'm going to be working on getting all these things fixed up on the house to make it presentable for resale. There's hardwood floors through the entire house. My roof has been leaking for quite awhile now, mainly in my bedroom right next to the window. It's caused quite an ugly sight where the plaster on the ceiling has completely fallen away to the cement and looks horrible. We finally got around to looking in to getting it fixed. So The BC won a Battle of the Bands this past weekend. Yay for us! It's a pretty big BotB, and not your typical local, crowd participation kind of thing, which we shy away from.
