Today is my cat's "birthday". Mama Mischief is 9 years old.
I had my first physical therapy appointment this afternoon for my sciatica. Unfortunately, the PT office had no record of this appointment.
Rescheduled AGAIN for April 12. Plus, my MRI has been rescheduled twice already, I'm still receiving nothing for pain, and no one will sign ( Read more... ) -

My Dad is in the process of dying. He's 90, has advanced Parkinson's, and wishes to die at home in bed. So he's in a bed in the living room, surrounded by cats and family and his beloved Gomer Pyle and Andy Griffith MeTV Shows.
Taking in very little fluids, he still calls out answers to Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. Just making him comfortable ( Read more... ) -

I think my husband & his girlfriend broke up. Well, at least broke up for now. He's over-apologizing on Facebook for something; she is thanking her friends "for their support".
I wonder sometimes if he came back to me and asked if we could stop the divorce proceedings....would I? I'm leaning on the side of No. Sure, it'll be difficult money-wise ( Read more... ) -

So, what else have I been doing? I got a temp job at Novartis. Was hoping I'd be hired on full-time after 3 months but that date has come and gone with no word. I really need the health insurance as I can't afford $1000 a month for it. As it stands now, I'll be living paycheck to paycheck ( Read more... ) -

What hurts me most at the moment, is seeing just how far Ilan has emotionally pulled away from me. I know he doesn't want to give me any false hope that he just might stop all the divorce proceedings. But he doesn't touch me at all, no hugs, nothing. I haven't gotten a job yet because I can't or wont:- Speak German
- Speak Spanish
- Speak Mandarin Chinese
- Work for $10 an hour
- Accept a job with NO benefits
