Guh

I have the "worst head cold ever". I can't write. I can't critique. I can't even edit my own stuff, which I usually love to do. And the poor dog keeps looking at me with those soulful eyes, begging for a walk, but the thought of walking him makes my head want to explode. So I guess I'll post on LJ. *grins then sneezes ( Read more... )

Of course I'll help with fixing counting the ballot. Despite having entered myself, no one could accuse me of being anything but impartial (unless you count St Mags, which i don't!).

Already she's not counting! *rolls eyes - but one at a time, just to make it interesting*

LOL! Can you really roll your eyes independently? *TDU feels rather dizzy as she pictures St Mags' eyes rolling in opposite directions.*

LOL! Independent eye-rolling is something that all romance novelists need to learn. Eyebrow raising is, however, an activity reserved for romance novel heroes. Especially if they do it quizzically.

Oh, how horrible! It does seem as if a lot of that has been going around lately...our house included. Colds are the worst too, because they tend to linger...

Feel better soon!

I *love* the thought of a 'nisse' -- kind yet mischievious. How perfectly enchanting!

Hi and thank you! I hope I don't "share the wealth" with the family. Let's stay healthy after this, OK? New Year's resolution.

Thanks, Chris. What the heck is wrong with our immune systems? This one really got me down. I'm heading over to your latest post.

Even when you write an LJ post instead of a story, I can picture it all so nicely. (The Boy Wonder asked me if I was looking at a website for plants, because I had a little smile on my face.)

That card from amamama sounds so fun! Like a magical Christmas letter from Norway instead of the North Pole. And the poor faithful pup.

It all made me forget that you're feeling quite crappy. Sorry to hear that! I hope you're better in a jiffy. At least you docs know what sorts of remedies to take. : )

Hi Zia!

You cheered me up with that reply. Thanks for the kind words. I bet you never get sick! You've probably got the constitution of Superwoman. I blame this on hanging out at the hospital everyday, but still I just can't seem to have a mild cold. They usually get me down for at least a day or two. Only slightly better today, so I have a feeling tomorrow will be much better. I'm waiting for your next adventure post!

I'm the cow's tail again and I don't know how I missed seeing your post. Sorry.

Since 2 days have passed, I hope you're well on the mend. On one of our tv channels tonight Gerard Butler is starring in Phantom of the Opera. Just thought you'd like to know that. ;)

I'm feeling a little better today, thank you, though not as much as I hoped. Ooh - The Phantom of the Opera. Have you seen it yet? He looks so different in this one, but still so very sexy. And angsty and scarred. *sigh*

I hope you're doing well. And I will get to your original piece, I promise!

No, I haven't seen it, nor did I get to, so I still haven't seen anything with GB in it. I saw the advert for it and immediately thought of you. :)

I'm okay, thanks--it's everyone else who's sick! :P Oh, no worries on that one.
