Well, I moved to Lafayette, and I have my own apartment. I got hired at the Daily World in Opelousas, but I couldn't find an apartment in Opelousas. So I finished writing my thesis a couple of weeks ago, and my thesis defense is scheduled for the Monday we get back from spring break at 9 a.m. I think my mom will try to come and maybe my boyfriend (if I'm lucky). If I decide to ever play the Horde side of WoW I think I will be a Tauren. They had some awesome-looking Tauren bad guys in the Narnia movie that looked like they could easily rip some lungs out. I don't think I'd want to be a girl, though, because I saw the females on the game, and they look pretty silly.

I saw the Narnia movie tonight, and I enjoyed it immensely. I can't make any but-it-wasn't-as-good-as-the-book comments because I just realized that sadly I don't remember much about the books even though I devoured them when I was in fifth grade ( Read more... )

So I was driving down Highway 1 just a minute ago to get some Taco Bell, and I saw A TENT MADE OF TIGER PRINT with a sign saying "come see the tigers inside." I didn't stop to look real close at it, but it appears that somebody is charging people money to peek inside a tent with tigers inside on the side of the road IN NATCHITOCHES.
