Last night I was driving over to Apple so I could keep eliset company for a few hours while she worked the swing shift. So for the past month I've been trying to set up an account with the US Postal Service's Web Tools, one aspect of which is the ability to pass their server a list of "dirty" addresses (i.e., addresses that were entered by your grandma into a web form; misspelled, mangled, etc.) and their server will hand back the "official" forms of those addresses ( Read more... ) -

What I wouldn't give for a weekend where I didn't have one single, solitary thing that had to be done. I've got countless episodes of Top Gear and The Simpsons to catch up on.
Oh well. Three more weeks and the semester will be over. -
Gay is the new Black
The citizens of Texas apparently feel so strongly about lettin' the queers marry that they felt it justified an amendment to our state's constitution to prohibit anything even resembling gay marriage. I guess that since it's no longer acceptable to be against interracial marriage, we've got to find another group of people to unjustly hate ( Read more... )
