I went for a hike last saturday with some of my friends (and their dogs) to get a break from all the studying. This area is really pretty in the fall.

More sadness. My parents had their cat put to sleep today. She had chronic pancreatitis and I guess she just stopped eating. So it was time. I'm fine, I just need to vent for a bit.

I saw a cat get hit by a car today. Now, I've seen animals with all kinds of trauma before, but I have never seen it happen. God it was horrible. I pulled over to see if I could take it to the vet hospital or something, but by then time I got there it was dead.
