Have started daily yoga and have been at it for a few days now. Today I was first able to do a full back bend (like this) and I was so pleased with myself that I laughed triumphantly and promptly fell over. Aaaaand then couldn't do it again. But still! Oh, fluctuation. School makes me feel incapable, but my research assistantship makes me feel not only capable, but actually good at something, something I enjoy, even.
Socially, though, I go from being happy to feeling adrift. More often than I'd like.
