Mothering offers not a moments rest! I haven't been able to properly enjoy any sort of honeymoon because of the illness going around and now that everyone is feeling better, I don't feel so well. I visited the Jolly Roger with Nibs, Curly and John yesterday to provide the pirates with a nice meal. They may be our enemies but no-one should be subjected to eating only brown, day-in and day-out for years. It has been such a long day. I don't know how the boys find the time to make such a mess in the home, what with all those adventures they have, dirtying and ripping their clothes. All this mending by the fireside is sure to ruin my eyesight.

Oh, I do love them, it has just been hard to find a moment to myself, lately.
