Do any of you remember a vaguely distant time in which everyone went to sleep during the same day they awoke? a world in which assignments were a rare occasion, where people slept, sometimes for as long as 8 hours.............. nah, me neither.

i regularly report to bed duty after midnight.
although 8hrs sleep is a tough ask in this day and age.
i hate what we have to go through to be educated these days, and its not like we learn anything useful, such as life skills. refer to crossroads camp...

No mel i dont believe i remember what the term sleep means. I dont even remember if i remember what my bed looks like. But i do know that there is also a 3m pile high of work i am suppose to do but I'm really hoping that it will all disappear if i somehow forget about it all.

I agree. I've been sleeping eight hours or a bit less lately, but it just sort of makes me tired as well.
Sometimes when i sleep about five hours i'm less tired than when i sleep eight
