I've been thinking a lot about my goals for life lately. It may just be because I've been around for 3 decades now and am starting to get bored? I'm not really sure. I've been watching too much political news again. Internet political news, of course, which is the worst kind for me. The stuff on CNN and FOX and all that garbage may be incendiary, but it is also narcotic (puts you to sleep). Looks like I'm getting passed up for that job. So I spent the last couple weeks waiting for, essentially, no reason. Fucking fantastic.

On the up side, I get to spend day after day in the soul-destroying activity of trying to find a job in this market again, so great.
